## Who builds it

Nikita Bobers, founder. Background in product — building it, shipping it, and watching teams struggle to get users to actually use what they shipped: onboarding, feature adoption, user activation, the things that decide whether a product earns its second session.

## Why it exists

Every tool evaluated for the job either started at $400 a month, scaled with MAUs (so the more your product grew, the more they billed), or required a 30-minute demo before showing pricing. None of that fits how a small team works.

*(The $400 figure is a competitor anchor — the typical starting price for MAU-priced product adoption tools — not StepsKit's price.)*

## The pricing stance

One flat plan with every feature included. Unlimited tours, unlimited users, unlimited teammates. Embed on any domain. The first tour is free — no card, no demo, no calendar link. See [pricing](/pricing.md) for the current number.

StepsKit is built independently by design. That's what makes flat pricing possible, and it's why support email comes back from the founder rather than a Tier 1 rep.

## What StepsKit is

StepsKit helps SaaS teams guide users through their app: walking new signups through the first run, announcing features that ship, communicating changes that matter, and surfacing self-serve help inside the product. It's built for the people doing the work — product managers, founders, marketers — not for procurement teams.
